In recent years in our country the large-scale reforms directed to enhancement of process of execution of court resolutions and acts of other bodies are performed.
At the same time there is need of elimination of excessive bureaucratic obstacles for this sphere, providing that the sizes of the penalties imposed on citizens for untimely execution of executive documents were pro rata to committed offenses, and also simplifications of conducting the executive cases connected with collection of these penalties.
By this Law it is determined that the sizes of the administrative penalties imposed by bodies of Bureau of forced execution under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan cannot exceed the sizes of the levied money determined by executive documents and also the circle of the authorized officers having powers is determined to apply administrative punishments on behalf of bodies of Bureau of forced execution under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
This Law will serve elimination of excessive bureaucratic obstacles in the field of execution of court resolutions and acts of other bodies, to prevention of abuses which can take place in Bureau of forced execution under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to provision to citizens of additional opportunities for timely execution of executive documents.
