About modification of the Procedure for provision of information by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine on requests of bodies of the public executive service and private contractors
According to the paragraph to the fourth item 4 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of January 12, 2023 No. 2888-IX "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other legal acts of Ukraine of rather payment services", Items 9, 10 Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of July 02, 2014 No. 228, and Items 7, 8 Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, we ORDER:
1. In paragraph three of Item 2 of the Procedure for the provision of information by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine on requests of bodies of the public executive service and private contractors approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of July 21, 2020 No. 2483/5/436, of the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 22, 2020 at No. 690/34973, "banks and other financial institutions" shall be replaced with words "banks, other financial institutions and non-bank payment service providers".
2. To the state company "National Information Systems" (Berezhnaya A.) together with Department of the public executive service of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Kiselyov M.) and the State Tax Administration of Ukraine to take measures for ensuring implementation of this order.
