Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About operational search activities" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 2, the Art. 79) the following change:

1) preamble after words "the checks connected with implementation," to add with the words "performance indicators of activities of authorized bodies";
The word of "Government" shall be replaced with words 2) regarding 1 Article 1 "Cabinet of Ministers";
3) in Article 2:

"Authorized bodies - the executive bodies authorized by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on implementation of checks of subjects of entrepreneurship which list is developed by the Office the Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic and affirms Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
