Article 1

Bring in Item 1 of part 3 of article 12.2 of the Federal constitutional Law of March 21, 2014 No. 6-FKZ "About acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and education as a part of the Russian Federation of new subjects - the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 12, Art. 1201; 2015, No. 1, Art. 2; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4727; 2018, No. 1, Art. 1; 2019, No. 51, Art. 7480; 2021, No. 1, the Art. 1) change, having replaced the words "no later than July 1, 2023" with the words "no later than July 1, 2025".

Article 2

1. This Federal constitutional Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

2. The provision of Item 1 of part 3 of article 12.2 of the Federal constitutional Law of March 21, 2014 "About acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and education as a part of the Russian Federation of new subjects - the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol" (in edition of this Federal constitutional Law) is effective with No. 6-FKZ since July 1, 2023.

3. Transition of the medical organizations located in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol to delivery of health care on the basis of clinical recommendations according to part 1.1 of article 37 of the Federal Law of November 21, 2011 No. 323-FZ "About bases of protection of public health in the Russian Federation" is performed and will be organized till July 1, 2025.
