About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning regulation of turnover of the liquefied gas and housing and communal services

1. In the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2015:
The subitem 10) of Item 3 of Article 116 to state 1) in the following edition:

Article 124-1 to state 2) in the following edition:
"Article 124-1. Pricing on the commodity and liquefied oil gas
1. The state regulates the prices of the commodity and liquefied oil gas according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on gas and gas supply.
2. The central executive body performing state regulation of production, transportation (transportation), storage and wholesale of gas, and also retail sale and consumption of the commodity and liquefied oil gas in the cases determined by it and procedure in coordination with the authorized body performing management in spheres of natural monopolies establishes marginal prices of wholesale of commodity gas in the domestic market, and also marginal prices of wholesale and retail sale of the liquefied oil gas within the delivery plan out of commodity exchanges.
3. Persons enabling the realization of commodity gas or the liquefied oil gas within the delivery plan, not exceed the established marginal prices.".
2. In the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 9, 2012 "About gas and gas supply":
1) in Article 1:
18) and 28-1) to state subitems in the following edition:
"18) gas-filling Item - the engineering construction intended for storage, discharge and filling the liquefied oil gas in household cylinders and also repair and utilization of household cylinders;";
