About modification of the Law "About Joint-stock Companies"

Article 1. "About joint-stock companies" to state part 5 of article 12 of the Law of September 25, 2001 to No. ZR-232 in the following edition:
"5. The order of the Government about organization of societies with the shares belonging to the Republic of Armenia shall contain regulations on organization of Society, and also on speakers on behalf of the founder bodies of system of public administration or governors and the block of shares transferred to each of them to the control. Can assign other powers, stipulated in Item 3 these Articles, the Government to the relevant body(bodies) of system of public administration or governors, and also as the delegated powers – to the head of community (further – authorized body).".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
