Article 1

Bring in article 47 of the Federal Law of October 2, 2007 No. 229-FZ "About enforcement proceeding" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 41, Art. 4849; 2011, No. 29, Art. 4287; No. 30, Art. 4573; No. 49, Art. 7067; 2013, No. 52, Art. 7006; 2015, No. 27, Art. 3945; No. 48, Art. 6706; 2017, No. 22, Art. 3070; 2018, No. 49, Art. 7523; 2020, No. 31, Art. 5048; 2021, No. 52, Art. 8976) following changes:

In paragraph one of part of 1 word "the judicial police officer-contractor" to exclude 1);

Part 1.1 to state 2) in the following edition:

"1.1. In the cases established by Items 1 and 2 of part of 1 this Article, the decree on the termination of enforcement proceeding is issued within three days from the date of receipt from the State information system about the state and municipal payments of information on payment by the debtor of debt in full in Federal Bailiff Service or money transfers to the claimant according to the procedure, stipulated in Clause the 110th this Federal Law.";

"1.2. This Federal Law becomes effective since July 1, 2024.
