About features of criminal liability of persons recruited in special military operation

This Federal Law establishes legal guarantees and the bases of release from criminal liability of the persons which are called up for military service on mobilization or in wartime in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, signing (signed) the contract on passing of military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation or passing military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation during mobilization in the period of warlike situation or in wartime.
This Federal Law extends to the following categories of persons:
1) persons who committed crimes of small or average weight, except for the crimes provided by Article 205 part one. 2, parts one and the second Article 220, part one of Article 221 and article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation about day of entry into force of this Federal Law concerning which preliminary inquiry is performed;
2) persons which are passing military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation during mobilization, in the period of warlike situation or in wartime, the committed crimes concerning which preliminary inquiry is performed;
