About recognition No. 264 which voided the order of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine of April 13, 2009

According to the Law of Ukraine of May 31, 2022 "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine concerning production incentive of the ethyl alcohol denatured" of Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 No. 124, I ORDER to No. 2284-IX:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine of April 13, 2009 No. 264 "About approval of the Instruction for acceptance, storage, leave, transportation and accounting of ethyl alcohol", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 2, 2009 at No. 591/16607.

2. To provide to department of state policy in the field of sanitary and phytosanitary measures in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister according to distribution of obligations.
