About introduction of amendments to article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About professional (professional) education" rather separate aspects of the procedure of licensing

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About professional (professional) education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 32, Art. 215; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of November 5, 2020 No. 990-IX) to add with parts seven and the eighth the following content:

"The bases for renewal of the license, except the bases determined by the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of types of economic activity" also are:

1) reorganization of the legal entities having licenses for implementation of educational activities by merge, accessions or transformations;

2) change of pattern of ownership of organization of professional (professional) education;

3) reorganization of structural division (branch) of the subject performing educational activities for the corresponding professions in the field of professional (professional) education;

4) change of the name or legal address (without change of the place of implementation of educational activities) organizations and/or the isolated structural division;

5) change of the occupation title (the professional name of work) or class of qualification group on the national qualifier of Ukraine "the qualifier of professions" by which training of job seekers of professional (professional) education and/or professional (professional) training are performed.

Renewal of the license for implementation of educational activities is performed without holding procedure of licensing on the basis of licenses of the corresponding legal entities".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:
