About modification of Article 27 of the Law of rights of the child No. 338/1994

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Single Article. - Article 27 of the Law of rights of the child No. 338/1994 (1995, 13, Art. 127), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:

"Article 27. Child's right to shelter

(1) the State provides the right of each child to shelter according to the Law on shelter in the Republic of Moldova No. 270/2008.

(2) the State takes necessary measures for ensuring the corresponding protection and the help to the child petitioning for provision of shelter or using international protection, temporary protection or political asylum, accompanied or who is not accompanied with the legal representative.".
