Make change to Item 9 of the Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on construction, repair and other technical actions for protection of objects of critical infrastructure of the fuel and energy sector of critical infrastructure approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2022 No. 1482 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 4, of the Art. 310, No. 28, of the Art. 1556), having added it with the paragraph of the following content:
"In case when the realization of the pilot project is enabled at the expense of means of operators of critical infrastructure of the fuel and energy sector of critical infrastructure, such operators are customers of works (services) in construction, repair and other technical actions for protection of the objects of critical infrastructure of the fuel and energy sector of critical infrastructure belonging to them to whom action of Item 8 of this procedure extends.".
