About modification of Article 309 of the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation

Bring in part the second Article 309 of the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, No. 52, Art. 4921; 2011, No. 1, the Art. 45) change, having added it with offers of the following content: "In this case the arrest imposed for ensuring execution of sentence regarding the civil action property of person who is not the defendant or person bearing liability for actions of the defendant under the law stops. Copies of the criminal case file necessary for consideration of civil case are subject to the direction in court to which cognizance it is carried by the law.".
