About introduction of amendments to the Law of Turkmenistan "About education"
I. Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About education" of May 4, 2013 (in edition of the Law of Turkmenistan of June 5, 2021) (Sheets Millie Gengesha of Turkmenistan, 2021, No. 2-3, of Art. 43; Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2023, No. 1, Art. 5) following changes:
in Article 24 part eight:

in Item 2 of the word "in the city of Ashgabat" shall be replaced with words "in the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag";
in Item 15 of article 35 after the words "together with" to add with words "subordinated organizations and".
II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
