About entering of amendments into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. To add the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further – the Code) with Article 154.2 of the following content:
"Article 154.2. Operation of the completed buildings or structures without execution of the permission to operate
1. Operation of the completed buildings or structures without execution of the permission to operate:
attracts imposing of penalty for the builder in the amount of five hundredfold to the seven hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
2. Continuation of the act provided by part of 1 this Article after day of purpose of administrative punishment:
attracts imposing of penalty for the builder in the amount of thousandfold to the thousand-five hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.".
Article 2. Part 2 of article 219.1 of the Code after words "part 1 of Article 152." To add 2, with words "Article 154. 2,".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective in six months after its official publication.
