Rules determine procedure for forming of the delivery plan of the liquefied oil gas on the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the delivery plan) and rendering the state service "Inclusion in the List of the Industrial Consumers Using the Liquefied Oil Gas as Raw Materials for Production of Petrochemical Products" (further – the state service).

3. In these rules the following concepts are applied:

1) vagononorma – the mass of the liquefied oil gas equal to thirty six tons;

2) the summary request – the appeal of local executive body of area, city of republican value, the capital to authorized body according to appendix 1 to these rules;

3) industrial consumer – the legal entity acquiring gas for use in fuel quality and (or) raw materials in industrial production;
