About modification and amendments in the Law "About State Registration of Legal Entities, the State Accounting of the Allocated Divisions, Organizations of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs"

Article 1. In article 3 of the Law of April 3, 2001 No. ZR-169 "About state registration of legal entities, the state accounting of the allocated divisions, organizations of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" (further – the Law):

Item 3 of part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"3) the agency – the body performing state registration and the state accounting, the office operating in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia (further – the Ministry);";

Part 1 to add 2) with Items 19.1 and 19.2 of the following content:

"19. 1) the data identifying the personality – for physical person: name, surname, passport number or ID card, registration plate of public services or number of the certificate of non receipt of registration plate of public services, address of the place of accounting or residence; for the individual entrepreneur: name, surname, number of the state accounting, address of the place of accounting; for the legal entity: name of the legal entity, registration number, location address;

Part 1 to add 3) with Item 22.1 of the following content:

"22. 1) body of diplomatic service – bodies of diplomatic service of the Republic of Armenia in foreign states (embassies and consular establishments) performing certain functions of office of servicing of the agency;".
