"28.4. Data on investment securities, including on government securities of the foreigners or stateless persons who got permission to temporary or permanent residence in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic as a result of possession of government securities or investment securities of legal entities, 51 and more percent of shares (shares) of which belongs to the state, it is issued to relevant organ of the executive authority in the cases established by the Migratory code of the Azerbaijan Republic.".
