According to part five of Article 33 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine On health protection the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. About approval of the Procedure for attraction to rendering to the medical and rehabilitation care specialists doctors and specialists in the field of health care, effective period of certificates of the specialist doctor and certificates of whose qualification category expired, resident doctors, doctors-interns, pharmaceutical workers and job seekers of the higher education in the field of health care of 4-6 years of training for action of quarantine, emergence of emergency situation, introduction of emergency or warlike situation.
2. Item 24 of the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on medical practice approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2016 No. 285 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 30, Art. 1184), to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"The specified requirement does not extend to persons determined by part five of Article 33 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine On health protection.".
