About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Compensation of Damage Caused to Life or Health of the Military Personnel during Defense of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. No. ZR-245 "About compensation of damage caused to life or health of the military personnel during defense of the Republic of Armenia" (further – the Law) after words of "compensation of damage" to add article 1 of the Law of December 15, 2016 with words ", assistance, established by this Law".
Article 2. To add Item 5 of part 3 of article 2 of the Law after the words "and person having the joint child" with words "if based on Item 1 of this part it is not appointed (it cannot be appointed) compensation amount".
Article 3. In part 5 of article 4 of the Law:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 of the word "and in terms" "on conditions and in terms";
To add 2) with Item 3 following of content:
"3) about assistance to beneficiaries by certain methods (payment of money, the help in natural form, other method), on conditions and in the terms established by Council of fund.".
Article 4. Regarding 1 article 9 of the Law:
Item 3 to state 1) in the following edition:
"3) the accounting period for the physical persons who are not individual entrepreneurs or notaries, gaining income from the tax agent or from the face of the tax agent exempted from the obligation according to provisions of the agreement signed and ratified on behalf of the Republic of Armenia calendar month, and for the physical persons who are not individual entrepreneurs and notaries, gaining income from persons who are not tax agents, individual entrepreneurs or notaries – is considered calendar year;";
Item 4 after the words "the paying income" to add 2) with words "staying on the registry in the tax authority as the taxpayer according to the procedure established by the Tax code of the Republic of Armenia".
