About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Funded Pensions"

Article 1. In Item 11.1 of part 1 of article 2 of the Law of December 22, 2010 "About funded pensions" (further – the Law) words of "Tax code" shall be replaced with words No. ZR-244 "The tax code – the single account or the single account of the administrative act".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 8 of the Law of the word "the state authorized body in the field of finance of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words "tax authority".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2025. The tax authority establishes the sublegislative regulatory legal act providing application of provisions of article 2 of this Law within six months after entry into force of this Law.
