About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About the Organization and Conducting Checks in the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. Article 1 of the Law of May 17, 2000 No. ZR-60 "About the organization and conducting checks in the Republic of Armenia" (further – the Law) to add with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. Within the checks performed in the field of the address of drugs also test purchase according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia can be conducted.".

Article 2. In article 3 of the Law:
