Bring in the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2020 No. KR DSM-333/2020 "About approval of rules of accounting of consumers of medical services and provisions of the right to medical care in system of compulsory social medical insurance" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 21977) the following changes and amendments:

add with Chapter 2-1 of the following content:
"Chapter 2-1. Procedure for accounting of the consumers belonging to the category "foreigners, and the members of their families who are temporarily staying in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the terms of the international treaty ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan";
add with Item 49-1 of the following content:
"49-1. The "foreigners, and the members of their families who are temporarily staying in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the terms of the international treaty ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan" list state corporation creates based on given from the automated IS "Foreign Labor Power" MTSZN RK, IS of migratory police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RK.".
2. To provide to department of coordination of compulsory social medical insurance of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
