1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 9, 2022 No. 311 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 8, 2022 No. 100" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 11, Art. 1703; No. 12, Art. 1873; No. 20, Art. 3313; No. 23, Art. 3815; No. 27, Art. 4862; No. 41, Art. 7105; No. 45, Art. 7739; No. 49, Art. 8658):
a) in Item 2:
to add the paragraph of the twenty eighth with the words "in the procedure established by it";
add with the paragraph of the following content:
"on the goods which are exported from the territory of the Russian Federation for humanitarian assistance and (or) for the prevention and liquidation of natural disasters and other emergency situations.";
b) in Item 2 (1):
in paragraphs one - the fifth to exclude the word "temporary" in the corresponding number and case;
to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:
"To the Federal Customs Service monthly, to the 15th following the accounting period to send to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation information on the actual export out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation and the return import to the territory of the Russian Federation of the goods which are exported according to paragraph one of this Item (if permission provides the obligation about the return commodity importation).";
