1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2020 No. 388 "About implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2020 No. 16" the following changes:
1.1. state the name in the following edition:

1.2. to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:
