I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 17, 2014 No. 819 "About approval of Regulations of organizations of criminal executive system" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 9984) the following change:
in Regulations of the organizations of criminal executive system approved by the specified order:
state Item 163 in the following edition:
"163. The convicts serving sentence in organizations of average, maximum safety, and also in organizations of average safety for content of minors, being in preferential terms have residence right and movements outside organizations based on the omission which form is specified in Rules of the organization of activities for control and supervision of behavior of persons containing in penal correction systems organizations.".
2. To provide to committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective since May 20, 2023.
