About modification and amendments in the Law "About Primary Professional (Craft) and Secondary Professional Education"

Article 1. In the second offer of part 6 of article 8 of the Law of July 8, 2005 No. ZR-164 "About primary professional (craft) and secondary professional education" (further – the Law) the word "Government" shall be replaced with words "authorized body of public administration in the field of education".
Article 2. To state part 1 of article 10 of the Law in the following edition:
"1. The state and non-state craft and average professional educational institution can have any form of business provided by the law.".
Article 3. To state the text of article 15 of the Law in the following edition:
"1. In the field of craft and secondary professional education the Government:
1) according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, creates, will reorganize and liquidates craft and average professional state educational institution, resolves issue of creation of educational institution with the state participation or together with private sector;
2) is approved by charter sample for craft and average of professional state educational institutions;
3) is approved by procedure for forming and approval of the state educational criteria of craft and secondary professional education;
4) is approved by procedure for financing of the state educational institutions performing craft and average professional educational programs;
5) is approved by the list of specialties of craft and secondary professional education according to educational programs, spheres, basis of training and qualifications;
6) approves places of acceptance in the state educational institutions performing craft and average professional educational programs with free training (total compensation of tuition fee in the form of benefit) for each academic year on specialties;
