For the purpose of ensuring uninterrupted production in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of wheel vehicles, agricultural and forestry and landscape tractors and realization of Item 2.10 of the list of measures for increase in stability of economies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, including ensuring macroeconomic stability, the Council of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the order of March 17, 2022 No. 12, according to article 52 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union on May 29, 2014, Item 29 of appendix No. 1 and Item 11 of appendix No. 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. In the subitem "b" of Item 1 of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of August 19, 2022 shall be replaced with words No. 120 of the word "Till May 1, 2023." "Till February 1, 2024".
2. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
