1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of transport and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 13, 2010 No. 362 "About approval of rules of the organization of work of posts of transport control in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 6472) the following changes and amendments:
in Rules of the organization of work of the posts of transport control in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order (further - Rules):
1) of Item 5 to be reworded as follows the subitem:
"1) the automated station of measurement – the complex of the certified special control and measuring technical means, devices and oborudovaniye which underwent metrological checking performing photo and video filming working in the automatic mode fixing type, brand, the state registration sign, weight and dimensional parameters, axial loadings and speed of movement of automotive vehicles integrated with intelligent transportation system;";
add Item 5 with the subitem 11) of the following content:
"1-1) locks of wheel – the special interlock established on the vehicle wheel excluding possibility of its further movement.";
state Item 12 in the following edition:
"12. The head of inspection department on transport of Inspection (for its absence – person, it replacing) on each change of portable PTK constitutes route card in form, according to appendix 3 to these rules, in duplicate, one of which is stored in Inspection one calendar year, another is given to change of portable PTK.
Inclusion in card of route of portable PTK of the same route throughout three changes in a row is not allowed.
