About modification of the Federal Law "About Rail Transport in the Russian Federation"

"Article 21.1. Features of operation of separate types of constructions
1. Railway bridges and railway tunnels on which movement of railway rolling stock is performed are surveyed owners of these bridges and tunnels regarding their content in proper technical condition.
2. The procedure and frequency of inspection of railway bridges and railway tunnels on which movement of railway rolling stock is performed regarding their content in proper technical condition are established by the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of transport.".
This Federal Law becomes effective since September 1, 2024.
