About introduction of amendments to some Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic and its subordinated divisions

in Regulations on the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

"-on representation of heads of subordinated divisions appoints to position and dismisses deputy managers of subordinated divisions;".
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of subordinated divisions of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 20, 2021 No. 320 the following changes:
1) in Regulations on Department on regulation of fuel and energy complex in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to state paragraph two of Item 16 in the following edition:
"The deputy director is appointed to position and dismissed by the Minister of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic on representation of the department director.";
2) in Regulations on Service on energy supervision in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to state paragraph two of Item 16 in the following edition:
"The deputy director is appointed to position and dismissed by the Minister of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic on representation of the director of Service.";
