I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 30, 2021 No. 518 "About approval of Rules of marking and traceability of shoe goods" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 24624) the following change:
in Rules of marking and traceability of the shoe goods approved by the specified order:
1) of Item 12 to be reworded as follows the subitem:
"1) uses of the EDS issued to the participant of turnover of shoe goods which contains the IIN or BIN which is not corresponding to IIN or BIN of the participant of turnover of shoe goods, specified in case of registration in IS MPT;".
2. To provide to committee of industrial development of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
