About entering of amendments into the Law "About the Personified Accounting of the Income Tax, Income Tax and Social Payment"

Article 1. In article 17 of the Law of December 22, 2010 No. ZR-247 "About the personified accounting of the income tax, income tax and social payment":

Part 1 to add 1) with Item 7 of the following content:

"7) obtaining from the Central bank of information on accessory and validity of one bank account of participants or the bank account given by participants, based on the centralized register of bank accounts of the Central bank for the purpose of return to participants of the amounts exceeding the maximum size provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the funded pensions" estimated from the income which is subject to obtaining (received) of several sources, and the listed (enforced) social payments.";

To add 2) with part 3 following of content:

"3. The procedure for provision of information, stipulated in Item 7 parts of 1 this Article, establish the Central bank and tax authority the joint order.".

Article 2.

1. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2023.

2. The sublegal act providing application of the provision established by part 2 of article 1 of this Law, the Central bank and tax authority are established within three months after entry into force of this provision.
