About modification and amendments in the Law "About Public Service"

Part 1 of article 2 of the Law of March 23, 2018 No. ZR-206 "About public service" (further – the Law) after the word of "persons" to add with words ", and in case of the legal adjustments connected with declaring – also persons having the obligation on submission of the declaration established by the legislation".
Article 2. In article 21 of the Law to replace the word of "prohibition" with the word of "restrictions".
Article 3. "Legal acts" to add part 8 of article 28 of the Law after words with words ", except for restrictions of acceptance of gifts".
Article 4. To state article 29 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 29. Restrictions of acceptance of gifts by person holding public position and to the public employee
1. Persons holding public positions and public employees shall not accept the gifts connected with implementation of the job (office) responsibilities or agree to their acceptance further.
2. Persons holding public positions and public employees shall take measures that members of their family and the related persons did not accept gifts or did not agree to their acceptance further if there is possible or real communication between execution of job (office) responsibilities of person holding public position, or the public employee and the received gift.
