1. In appendix No. 11 to the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of the CEO of Customs Service No. 346-O/2009 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 197-200, 876), in the Section "the CODES applied in case of reduced VAT rate in the amount of 8% depending on goods item according to the item b) "42" in the third column of code of release the 604th goods item 070960000 to replace Art. 96 of the Tax code No. 1163/1997, for customs procedure with goods item 070960.
2. To management of development and information security and public institution "Center of information technologies in finance" to enter necessary changes into the Information system "Asycuda World", and also to send the information message by means of IS "Asycuda World" about implementation of the corresponding changes provided by this order.
3. To confer responsibility for execution of this order on chiefs of customs bureaus.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on Department of the income and customs control.
5. This order becomes effective from 21.03.2023 and is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
