About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About judicial and expert activities"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About judicial and expert activities" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2013, No. 6, the Art. 606) the following changes:
1) in Article 2:

b) state paragraph two in the following edition:
"Conclusion of the court expert - the conclusion of the court expert stated in writing on specific question received by it in analysis result of the conducted researches of objects of examination created by results of research based on special knowledge. Conclusions can be categorical and probable.";
c) the thirteenth after the word "specialties" to add the paragraph with the words "and granting the right";
d) the fifteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"Specialty of the court expert - complex of knowledge, the skills acquired by the receipt of certain education, special preparation and work experience necessary for production of examinations of certain sort, type and subspecies.";
e) in the paragraph the sixteenth shall be replaced with words words of "criminal, civil or administrative process" "criminal, civil, administrative process or case on offenses.";
e) add Article with the paragraph the twentieth the following content:
"Special expert preparation (professional training) - process and result of acquisition by person having certain education, skills of use of knowledge which is available for it in production of examinations of certain sort, type and subspecies that is process of acquisition of profession (qualification) of the expert by it.";
Article 3 to state 2) in the following edition:
"Article 3. Legislation on judicial and expert activities
