About modification and amendments in the Law "About Commercial Arbitration"

Article 1. Regarding the 2nd article 6 of the Law of December 25, 2006 "About commercial arbitration" (further – the Law) words of "general jurisdiction" shall be replaced with words No. ZR-55 "civil … the first instance of the general jurisdiction".
Article 2. To add article 35 of the Law with part 4 following of content:
"4. The permanent arbitration institution represents the resolution of Arbitration Court by means of the electronic message on forced execution to Service on ensuring forced execution if:
1) the arbitration was performed by permanent arbitration institution, and
2) the place of arbitration was the territory of the Republic of Armenia, and
3) the party of arbitration is the citizen of the Republic of Armenia or the legal entity registered in the Republic of Armenia and
4) the size of the amount which is subject to collection under sentence of arbitration does not exceed the five-thousandth size of minimum wage.".
Article 3. Add the law with Articles 35.1-35.4 of the following content:
"Article 35.1. Filing of application about forced execution of the resolution of Arbitration Court
1. In the cases established by part 4 of article 35 of this Law, the resolution of Arbitration Court is subject to forced execution based on the statement of person for benefit of which the arbitral decree was issued.
2. The application for forced execution of the resolution of arbitral tribunal can be submitted within year after receipt of the resolution, but not earlier than in three months after receipt of the resolution.
