About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Forced Execution of Court Resolutions"

Article 1. ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" (further – the Law) to add the law of May 5, 1998 with Article 40.1 of the following content:
"Article 40.1. Storage of property of the debtor
1. In need of ensuring storage of property of the debtor during implementation of executive actions the forced contractor hands over the property found in inventory progress and other executive actions on storage to the debtor, trebovatel or other persons based on the corresponding sanction, having in writing warned in case of property clearance on storage depositary about the criminal liability established for illegal actions concerning the property which is under arrest. In case of presence of the debtor in case of executive action in case of property clearance on storage it is preferred as the debtor.
2. In need of ensuring safety of the property withdrawn from the debtor the condemned property cannot be transferred to the debtor or the related persons. In sense of this Article the face tied with physical person debtor the spouse, the child (adopted) the parent (adoptive father), the sister, the brother, the grandfather, the grandmother, the grandson, the aunt (the sister of mother or the father), the uncle (the brother of mother or the father), children of the sister, the brother of the debtor or his spouse (-and), the aunt's children (the sister of mother or the father), uncles (the brother of mother or the father), spouses of the sister, the brother, the debtor's child is considered; in case with legal person debtor – the heads of executive body of the legal entity, members of joint executive council, person or the member of collegiate organ exercising control of activities of the legal entity, faces, having participation in the authorized or equity capital (the share, share, share) of the legal entity, persons who are in employment relationships with the legal entity and also the physical persons connected with the above-stated persons.
