About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law "About Notariate"

Article 1. No. ZR-274 "About notariate" (further – the Law) to add part 1 of article 36 of the Law of December 4, 2001 with Item 21.1 of the following content:

"21. 1) gives the payment order;".

Article 2. To state part 1 of article 36.1 of the Law in the following edition:

"1. The accepted by results of the notarial actions performed by the notary, the decision, the transaction, given payment assignment or witnessing or authentication of other document, the sheet of executive text are notarial acts.".

Article 3. Add the law with Chapter 18.2 of the following content:

"Chapter 18.2. Making payment order by the notary

Article 82.4. General provisions about making the payment order

1. The application for making the payment order is submitted to the notary in cases when the parties under the agreement signed between them agreed to submit in case of non-execution of the certain monetary commitment following from the agreement to the notary the application for making the payment order.

2. The rules provided by Chapter 43 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia extend to this Chapter so far as they are applicable to making the payment order by the notary with observance of the special rules established by provisions of this Chapter.

Article 82.5. Form and content of the statement for making the payment order

1. The application for making the payment order is submitted to the notary by electronic method, in it shall be specified:

1) name, surname of the notary;
