About modification and amendments in the Law "About Civil Defence"

Article 1. In article 9 of the Law of March 5, 2002 No. ZR-309 "About civil defense" (further – the Law):

The second paragraph to state 1) in the following edition:

"The head of authorized body of public administration in the field of internal affairs (further – Authorized body) is the deputy chief of civil defense of the Republic of Armenia.";

The word "Representative" to replace 2) in the fourth paragraph with the word "Representative", and to add the same paragraph after the word of "body" with the words "Services of Rescuing".

Article 2. In heading and the first paragraph of article 11 of the Law to replace the word "Representative" with the word "Representative".

Article 3. In article 19 of the Law to replace the word "representative" with the word "Representative".

Article 4. This Law becomes effective in day of entry into force of the order of the Government about the solution of question of subordination of the bodies subordinated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
