About change of the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of March 24, 2015 No. 11

1. Bring in the Instruction about the bases of appointment and procedure for technical inventory count of real estate, and also verification of characteristics of real estate when making registration actions approved by the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of March 24, 2015 No. 11, the following changes:
in subitem 2.54 of Item 2 of the word" (further - the register of characteristics)" shall be replaced with words "(further if other is not provided, - the register of characteristics)";
the second Item 16 to state part in the following edition:
"The documents provided by Items 12-15 of this Instruction are presented in the form of the electronic document or electronic copies of the paper document * and shall be signed by the digital signature with use of personal key which certificate of open key of verification of the digital signature is published by republican certification center of the State management system open keys of verification of the digital signature of the Republic of Belarus.
