Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Basic provisions of functioning of the retail markets of electrical energy approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 4, 2012 No. 442 "About functioning of the retail markets of electrical energy, complete and (or) partial restriction of the mode of consumption of electrical energy" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 23, the Art. 3008), concerning consumer service quality of electrical energy.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
