About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
In pursuance of paragraph two of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2023 "About change of the laws concerning activities of political parties and other public associations" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 251-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2009 No. 275 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for certification of the head of non-profit organization and about recognition voided separate resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus":
to state the name and preamble in the following edition:
"About procedure for certification of the head of non-profit organization
Based on part nine of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 4, 1994 No. 3254-XII "About public associations", No. 3266-XII "About political parties" and parts two of Item 42 of the Regulations on creation, activities and liquidation of funds in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 1, 2005 No. 302, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts eight of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 5, 1994";
in Item 1:
exclude the word "enclosed";
add Item with the word "(is applied)";
in Regulations on the procedure for certification of the head of non-profit organization approved by this resolution:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. In this Provision the procedure for certification of the head of the registered political party, the union (association) of political parties, public association, the union (association) of public associations, fund is determined (further - non-profit organization).";
to exclude from part one of Item 2 of the word "Republic of Belarus";
