I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 6, 2015 No. 115 "About approval of Rules of certification and issue of the certificate of aviation training center of civil aviation" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10486) the following amendment:
in Rules of certification and issue of the certificate of aviation training center of civil aviation:
add with Chapter 3 following of content:
"Chapter 3. Procedure for approval of the instructor and examining personnel of aviation training center
30. The instructor and examining personnel of aviation training center are approved with authorized organization according to the procedure, determined by these rules.
This requirement does not extend to the physical persons designated by authorized organization for the purpose of determination of skill level of aviation personnel.
31. The aviation training center directs to authorized organization the application in any form with indication of surname, name and middle name (in case of its availability), educations, data on qualification, work experience (the regular or freelance employee of aviation training center) of the instructor and examining personnel with appendix of the following documents:
1) copy of the identity certificate;
2) the copy of the diploma about education;
