About entering of amendments into the Law "About the State Fee"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 7, 2022
Article 1. No. ZR-186 "About the state fee" (further – the Law) to add Item 1.12 of part 1 of article 16 of the Law of December 27, 1997 with subitem 6.1 of the following content:

"6. 1) for registration of transfer of share of limited liability company to trust management |
in 5-fold size of basic duty". |
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 20.1 of the Law with Item 17 of the following content:
|
"17) for acquisition of right to trust management of shares of limited liability companies |
in 5-fold size of annual basic duty". |
Article 3. Final part and transitional provision
1. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
2. Article 2 of this Law becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
