About modification of the Law "About Tax Service"

Article 1. "About Tax Service" (further – the Law) to state part 4 of article 12 of the Law of July 3, 2002 to No. ZR-407 in the following edition:
"4. Positions of division of the tax authority performing operational search activities are replenished based on results of the competition held according to the procedure and on the conditions established by the head of tax authority. The competition held for the purpose of replenishment of positions of the division performing operational search activities surely includes also the component concerning respectability.".
1. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
2. The legal act established by part 4 of article 12 of the Law which is reworded as follows under article 1 of this Law is accepted within six months after entry into force of this Law.
