About modification and amendments in the Law "About Academy of Justice"

Article 1. Regarding the 4th article 19 of the Law of May 2, 2013 "About Academy of justice" (further – the Law) the words "head of judicial department" shall be replaced with words No. ZR-50 "the chairman of the Supreme judicial council".
Article 2. In article 28 of the Law:
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 1.1 words "As the Applicant Having Academic Degree in the Applicants List in Candidates for Judges" "in the lists provided by Items 2 and 3 of part 2 of article 107 of the Constitutional law "Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia"";
Part 4 to add 2) with the new offer of the following content: "In the exceptional cases provided by the Law results of retraining of persons provided by this Article are estimated by the rules established by articles 26 and 27 of this Law, and persons are considered undergone retraining in case of positive assessment and if they participated in all hours of the corresponding subject rate of additional retraining including when their absence was acknowledged valid.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
