About entering of amendment into the Law "About Funds"

Article 1. No. ZR-516 "About funds" to add article 27 of the Law of December 26, 2002 with part 6 of the following content:
"6. The managing director of fund (in the presence – members of collegiate executive body) in the case established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Commission on prevention of corruption" represents (represent) the declaration on property, the income, interests and expenses.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2024.
