About entering of amendment into the Law "About Public Service"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 23, 2022
Article 1. Part 3 of article 3 of the Law of March 23, 2018 No. ZR-206 "About public service" after the words "service in Anti-corruption committee" to add with the words "service in Service of foreign intelligence".
Article 2. Final part and transitional provision
1. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
2. The corresponding amendments in the order of the Government establishing the compliance of the positions, class ranks and degrees provided by separate types of public service, accepted based on part 2 of article 16 of the Law "About Public Service" are brought within six months after entry into force of this Law.
