About modification and amendments in the Law "About Public Welfare Payments"

Article 1. In part 8 of article 28 of the Law of December 12, 2013 No. ZR-154 "About public welfare payments" (further – the Law) the words "disabled person of the first or second group" shall be replaced with words "person with disability with restriction of functionality of heavy or deep degree".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 30 of the Law the word to "disabled person" shall be replaced with words to "person with disability", the word "disabled person" - the words "with disability", and regarding 3 words "person disabled person" shall be replaced with words "person with disability".
Article 3. In article 32 of the Law:
1) regarding 8.2 words of "The disabled person of the first group" and "the disabled person of the first group", respectively, shall be replaced with words "Faces with disability with restriction of functionality of deep degree" and "persons with disability with restriction of functionality of deep degree";
The word "Disabled person" shall be replaced with words 2) in part 8.3 "With disability".
Article 4. Regarding the 2nd article 32.1 of the Law of the word "the disabled person the competent state body performing medico-social examination" shall be replaced with words "person with disability the commission on assessment of functionality of person".
Article 5. In article 33 of the Law:
